My son enjoyed his snowcone. He got a baby size with a flat top and it was the perfect size for him. The price was decent not too bad but when I went to pay (drive thru) and handed the worker my card, the guy straight up asked would I like to leave a tip without even saying hello. First thing he asked! Kind of awkward to say no but I was definitely weirded out at the pressure. Would have been ok to see a tip jar, but geez me and my husband couldn’t believe it. Handed me the snow cone and closed the window, no thanks! Not sure if I’ll return again, if I don’t have cash 🤔

Have enjoyed multiple of their flavors. The ice is just like snow texture. The sour flavors are really sour .

I don’t know what happened to the old staff, but the new staff has no sense of customer service or how to be nice to customers. No greeting when I walked in, the girl who wrung me up was sweet though, but it took about 10 minutes to receive my one snow cone, and mind you it was no line. They were too busy talking about personal things rather actually serving the customer. Even when I got handed my sno cone, it was no smile….. no nothing. ugh. for reference, this was around 5:53ish pm.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is my first time coming here and I am highly disappointed. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it tastes just like ice. They handed me the drink within seconds of pulling up to the window. They took about 5 minutes to hand me the other smoothie I ordered. To be honest I felt like the first one was just sitting there and then handed to me. For 7 dollars a small smoothie I would expect better quality. I am 7 months pregnant and I really didn’t want to force myself to drink it, but there is a NO EXCHANGES OR NO REFUND policy on smoothies. Will never come here again.

Took the kids to get snow cones. They liked it. There were a lot of flavors to choose from. It’s a bit pricey but overall it was good and the seating area has games for families to play which was a nice touch. The kids loved the color changing spoon.
